When I inquired about his property management services he was thorough, detailed, and made sure I understood what to expect when working with a small business. I prefer the small business style, but appreciated that he was so genuine and wanted to know the benefit of working with him vs a large real estate firm. Our family faced a quick move, less than three weeks for us to get moved out and the house ready for tenants to move in. He was very helpful providing names of contractors he had worked with, telling me the strengths and financial expectations for each of them. Once we moved out of the area he took over working with the contractors to make sure they had access to our property, confirmed the work was done up to his, very high, standards, and assist us with payment of any unpaid balances. We were unfamiliar with requirements of renting a home in Maryland, George was very detailed letting us know what we needed to do and even guiding me when I got a little confused. George has stayed in contact with us when necessary and always responded promptly to any questions that arise. I feel very comfortable having him manage our property and look forward to many years working with him.
